We are looking for a professional driven Instructional content creator to design and develop learning and practicing experiences, detail-oriented content creator to produce high-quality outputs for our business. The content creator will update existing material, generate novel work, and identify new ways to reach consumers. You should also contribute to the shaping of our stylistic guidelines.
Responsibility:
- Research industry-related topics
- Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
- Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides.
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares).
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
- Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
- Update our websites as needed
Skills:
- Experience in instructional design and instructional technology.
- Experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
- knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System.
- Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard.
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
